ABOUT ME

My real passion for cooking began in my 20s, when I became a vegetarian. Exploring plant-based cuisine introduced me to a wide range of global flavors—vibrant vegetables, hearty grains, and aromatic spices. I found myself drawn to the color, simplicity, and creativity of this way of eating. Cooking became more than a necessity—it became something I genuinely loved. Though I’m no longer strictly vegetarian, plant-based meals still anchor the way I eat every day.
Later, after being diagnosed with a gluten sensitivity, I began to understand more clearly how deeply the mind and body are connected, and that what we eat can influence how we feel. Cooking nutritious food in a mindful, intentional way became a form of self-care—nourishing both body and spirit. Courses in nutrition, combined with immersive international travels have expanded my holistic understanding of food and health. During the pandemic, cooking became a quiet, grounding ritual, and this led me to turn my passion into a new career. I want to share not only my love of cooking, but also an appreciation for the healing power of plants to support, nourish and inspire us!
